Our goal is to offer you an excellent shopping experience, ensuring the utmost care in the preparation and speed of delivery of your order.

Shipping is free in Italy for all orders over €150, including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed directly in your cart before completing your purchase.

From the moment you receive our shipping confirmation email, estimated delivery times are 24-48 hours for destinations in Italy and 3-5 business days for destinations in Europe. Please note that for some islands or remote areas, delivery times in Italy may extend up to 72 hours.

The waiting days indicated on each product sheet are always intended as working days, therefore excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and any long weekends.

We entrust our shipments to qualified express couriers such as GLS, DHL, and UPS. We select the fastest and most efficient partner based on the destination geographic area, delivery times, and package size, with the goal of always guaranteeing you the best possible service.
