Refund and return
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return one or more products purchased within 14 days upon receipt of the goods, without having to specify the reason.
How to request a return:
Send a request to the email address assistenza@anteprimaextra.com within 14 days of delivery.
Once the return is approved, you will receive the complete instructions to proceed with the return shipment via our partner courier GLS.
You will need to hand over the package to the courier following the instructions received within 14 days of the return authorization.
Return costs: The return service via GLS courier has a fixed cost of € 10,00This amount will be automatically deducted from the refund total.
Product conditions: For returns to be accepted, products must be perfectly intact, unworn, unwashed, or altered; with the warranty seal and all original labels attached; and in their original packaging (boxes, protective bags, etc.), which is considered an integral part of the product.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouses, after verifying the integrity of the goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Order Cancellation
You can request cancellation of your order within 24 hours from the purchase, by sending an email to assistenza@anteprimaextra.com or by contacting us by phone.
If the order it has not yet been entrusted to the courier, we will cancel immediately and issue a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to proceed with the standard return request (subtracting a €10,00 fee) once you receive the package.
Returns for defects or non-conformities
If the product received is defective or does not conform to the one ordered, please contact Customer Service at assistenza@anteprimaextra.com.
We will ask you to send some photographs that clearly show the reported problem.
After our verification, you will receive the return authorization and the shipping instructions, which in this case will be totally free.
You can choose between replacing the product (if available in stock) or a full refund of the price paid.
