The legislative decree regarding the processing and protection of personal data imposes a series of obligations on those who process information relating to other individuals, including informing the person to whom the data refers about the use made of their information and obtaining their consent to carry out the related operations.
The law in question defines data processing as the following operations: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation, destruction.

Registration data
The information requested during registration may be used to allow access to and use of any online services.
Navigation data (log files)
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

Purposes and methods of treatment
Your personal data, already in our possession, requested from you, or communicated to us by you or third parties, will be processed for the following purposes: commercial relationships (offers, contracts, orders, advertising materials); accounting, civil, and tax relationships; fulfillment of any legal, administrative, and technical requirements; and legal obligations.
The personal data in question will be processed using electronic, computerized, and paper-based tools, in compliance with the provisions of the Technical Regulations regarding minimum security measures, Annex B of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003. The persons authorized to process your personal data – administrative staff, commercial staff, and technical staff for the maintenance and assistance of IT equipment and related processing procedures – will be constantly identified and appropriately trained and made aware of the constraints imposed by Legislative Decree 196/03.

The processing of the data in question, carried out for the purposes and methods set out in the previous paragraph, may also include disclosure of the data to third parties, such as: credit institutions for banking transactions, consultants and freelancers for the fulfillment of accounting and tax obligations and for any legal and administrative requirements, and inspection bodies responsible for financial supervision.
Nature of data transfer
Your personal data, as you can easily understand, is necessary for the purposes indicated above, but providing it is not mandatory. However, failure to provide it or refusal to consent to its processing could jeopardize the proper functioning of your relationship with our Company.

Right to access personal data and other rights
1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if they are not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. You have the right to obtain information:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments;
(D) the identification details of the holder, of the persons responsible and of the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
3. You have the right to obtain:
(A) updating, rectification or, where relevant, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which it is not necessary;
c) retention in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
d) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including with regard to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
b) to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
